Shine! The Same Sonshine Spirit Your Child Loves from Summer Camp, Now Every School Morning & Afternoon! Camp Sonshine proudly offers Shine Before and After School Care, a licensed program since 1997 designed to enrich the lives of children from kindergarten to 8th grade. Serving families in Montgomery and Howard Counties, Shine provides a safe, supportive space for learning and growth. We offer homework help, mentorship, and opportunities for creative play, social interaction, and active fun in our year-round facility.

After School Hours:
3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Parent pick-up begins at 4:15pm

School Holiday Events and SHINE Half Days are offered on days when MCPS has no school or early release. These dates could include extended Camp Sonshine-approved activities or a half-day field trip to a fun and educational place in Maryland, along with fun activities classic to Camp Sonshine.
REGISTRATION:
You can sign up for our Half-Day and School Holiday Events on our Eventbrite. Choose the date that you would like to register and secure your spot by purchasing a ticket!

**Registration will close 5 days before each of the Half Days and School Holidays. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee admittance or available space.
