Why should I pre-register?
Pre-registering for camp is the best possible deal for our families that we offer throughout the year! If you preregister for camp, you are able to avoid any waitlists or space restrictions that could potentially form for the next season! Not only will you be the first to secure your spot for the 2021 season, but you’re also able to take advantage of our pre-reg discount and SAVE MONEY and receive the BEST PRICES POSSIBLE! Additionally, preregistration allows our team at Camp Sonshine to best plan and prepare an awesome program for your camper(s)!
What discount will I get if I pre-register?
Our pre-registration offers you an additional 5% tuition discount on top of all our standard discounts, including the $25 per week multi-week discount! This year we are also excited to announce that along with the pre-registration discounts stated earlier, we will be organizing a raffle for any family who pre-registers or registers on Cyber Monday to win their entire summer enrollments FREE!!! Do I have to pay in full?
No! Pre-registering gives you multiple payment plan options so there is a less financial strain on your family! Once you pay the required deposit for your registration ($45 application fee and $20 per week deposit), you can choose from one of our Installment Plans or the Pay-In-Full by May 15th option! These options will be listed in detail in your application.
Will I be able to change my weeks after I pre-register?
As long as there is space available in your camper’s age-appropriate program, you can switch your weeks without any penalties whatsoever! Please note: Some programs have alternating prices per week, and changing programs may result in a price difference as well.
What if I have to cancel?
We know planning your summer in advance is difficult. Because of this, if you have to cancel any weeks, you can do so until May 15th! We will be able to refund all of your camp enrollments less than the $45 application fee and our $20 per week, per camper deposit. These non-refundable fees go towards the costs associated with programming every summer to give your campers the best experience we can!
If my plans change, can I get a refund?
Absolutely! We can issue enrollment refunds until May 15th less than the $45 application fee and our $20 per week, per camper deposit listed above. If any changes occur AFTER May 15th, any amount paid toward a canceled week will remain in your account for any future registrations and will roll over to the following season.
When will I be able to pre-register?
Pre-registration opens on July 6th and will end on September 1st. Standard registration will be available starting September 2nd.
I’m a new family, can I pre-register?
There is no limit to who can pre-register for 2021! We truly believe this is the BEST time to register, so tell all your friends and family! If you refer a new family who lists you under “how did you find out about camp” on their application, you will receive a $30 referral credit for each one!
If I am unable to pre-register, how can I enroll for next year?
This year we are keeping our registration OPEN YEAR ROUND! In past years, our registration was closed from September to November, but this year you will be able to register at any time after our pre-registration ends on September 1st.
