Happy Valentine’s Day from Camp Sonshine!
We are so excited for this upcoming summer. Therefore, we wanted to celebrate this month of love by sharing the love from our staff to all of our Camp families!
Camp Sonshine’s Year Round Team works throughout the school year to make the summer the best it can be. Our goal it to make it a memorable experience for our campers and their families. Hence, we want to introduce our Year Round team and what they love most about Camp Sonshine!

“What I love most about camp sonshine is the opportunity for growth, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Since being at camp from 2022, I have grown so much in my faith, camp taught me a lot about what it means to be a follower of Jesus. I came to camp as a baby Christian and it has been a huge part of my testimony. I have also grown positionally and have been pushed outside of my comfort zone in order to achieve more than I thought I was capable of. Camp sonshine has a great support system full of people who want to see you succeed and will help you to be able to achieve your goals and achieve what they also see in you whilst keeping Jesus at the centre of everything. I also love the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, I met my best friend through camp sonshine and it’s always so fun meeting people from everywhere!”
Along with our Year Round team, we have tons of excited counselors ready to have the best summer ever with our Camp Sonshine campers!
We partner with organizations like Camp America to welcome many international staff for the summer! Currently, we are getting ready to welcome (number) of counselors from (number) states and (number) different countries including the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and more!
