We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and are settling nicely back into the school year! We wanted to keep you updated on all the awesome things continuing to take place with Camp Sonshine!
DROP-IN DAYS:
We had SO MUCH FUN at our Full Day Drop-in Days in January. We have two more Drop-In Days scheduled for February 12th and February 15th! Sign up your student if you haven’t already for a day packed with fun! Our Drop-In Days are programmed for K-8th grades from 8:30am-5:30pm at both our First Alliance (7 minute drive from our Silver Spring campgrounds) and Germantown camp locations! MINI DAY CAMPS & FULL DAY LEARNING HUBS
We have made the decision to continue our Mini Day Camps for as long as Maryland schools are engaging in Virtual Learning! Check out our calendar below for some of the awesome activities our Mini Day campers, as well as our Full Day Learning Hub students, are participating in during their afternoons of fun!
If you’re interested in learning more about either our Full Day Learning Hubs operating from 8:30am-5:30pm every weekday or afternoon Mini Day camps operating from 3:00pm-5:30pm every weekday and/or interested in sending your K-8th grader, reach out to info@campsonshine.org for details.
February 15TH VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSE:
On February 15th, join us on Facebook for another Virtual Open House! We have a fun assembly for your child(ren), as well as tons of information about summer 2021. We’ll have dedicated staff answering questions via comments in real time, and of course if you have other questions, you can always reach out to our Parent Services team at info@campsonshine.org!
SAVE BIG AT CAMP SONSHINE:
As always, should you refer a family to Camp Sonshine and they register and add your name to their application, you’ll get a $30 credit towards your camp fees!
