Assembly is one of the most unique activities to Camp Sonshine. We pride ourselves in creating a summer camp culture where get to have lots of fun dancing to some of our favorite camp songs!
We have been doing assembly at Camp Sonshine since we started in 1981. Assembly is a camper favorite as it’s something they can’t do anywhere else! From dancing to camp songs to watching the counselors do a funny skit about adventures at camp, the campers vote assembly as one of their favorite activites every summer! This is a great opportunity for campers to be themselves and get wierd and crazy without being judged! We like to say that “You can take your cool card off here”.
This activity is great for your camper to go crazy and make new friends and spend quality time with loving counselors. It is also a safe space for your camper to be themselves and get their endless amounts of energy out in a safe and fun way! We believe it is important for our campers to be themselves and have fun especially in a safe environment like Camp Sonshine.
