We’ve got you covered!

To make it easier for families to send their child(ren) to camp, Camp Sonshine offers both Extended Care and Transportation convenience services at each camp location (fees are listed below) in Maryland. When registering online, simply select your desired convenience service and pay using your credit/debit card. (You may also contact Parent Services to add any of our convenience services to your account.)

* NOTE: The cost is the same whether you use our convenience services every day or irregularly throughout the week.

Extended Care

Our extended care services give parents and guardians the option of early morning drop-off (7:00-8:45 a.m.) and/or late afternoon pickup (4:30-6:30 p.m.).

Fees:

  • $30/week (a.m. or p.m. extended care)
  • $60/week (a.m. and p.m. extended care)
  • $8 (per one-time use)
  • Free! (only at our Specialty Camp campgrounds)

Transportation

Camp Sonshine offers over 20 bus stop locations throughout Montgomery, Howard, PG counties, and D.C. Visit our Camp Sonshine Bus Schedule page for drop-off/pick-up locations and times.

Fees:

  • $30/week (a.m. or p.m. transportation)
  • $60/week (a.m. and p.m. transportation)
  • $8 (per one-time use)
